The social partners are the contracting parties of the Collective Employment Agreement (CEA). Every five years the CEA is negotiated between the social partners and improved for a further period.
The associations support and accompany the enterprises in putting the provisions into practice. The social partners discuss questions of common interest, establish joint institutions and prepare suitable information resources.
